- Research and analysis of suppliers in suitable territories on the basis of type of metal forming process, feasibility and capacity.
- Preparation of complete list of all prospective suppliers with key contact details.
RFI / Pre-Screening
- Collection of all required information pertaining to infrastructure/ Capability.
- Pre-Evaluation based on customer requirements before sharing RFQs.
- Comparison/ Screening of Suppliers (Existing/ New).
RFQ / Finalising
